Why do you ride?

3A’s – A flat-out fun.  A unique human-powered freedom to move around.  A good holistic approach to sustain mobility and health.

Best thing about cycling?

ALLOW to EXPLORE places hardly reached by cars or on foot.  EXPOSE flexible options to EXPERIENCE close environmental touches.BUILD intrinsic values (equality, humanism …).  ESTABLISH openness to ACCEPT varied human values.  RESTORE care-free confidence and RELEASE dysfunction through the pedal retreat.

What improvements would you like to see for cyclists?

Elevated aerobic fitness to a better quality lifestyle.

Fondest cycling memory?

Ride as I wish.

Cycling tip?

Just get on the bicycle and ride.  Be hassle-free.  It’s a judgement call.  SAFETY first.

3 things you’d love the world to know about you?

An everyday cyclist in Hong Kong cares about the development of cycling as a living option and an alternate means of transport.  Learn and share experiences. Allow personal growth (stay foolish and be hungry to knowledge).
