Why do you ride?
I ride because it makes sense. It’s nearly free, better for me and the environment around me, and a little secret, it’s often faster than driving in the city I live in.
Best thing about cycling?
The best thing about cycling is the comradery that cyclists have for one another. We are a friendly bunch.
What improvements would you like to see for cyclists?
I think infrastructure improvements are the most important for cyclists today. The farther away from automobiles we can be, the better.
Fondest cycling memory?
My fondest cycling memory is the first ride with my girlfriend who since meeting me has become a bicycle lover.
Cycling tip?
My cycling tip is to always assume that the cars around you don’t see you and that they will cut you off or turn in front of you.
